Where to for the finest café culture while jet setting in Manhattan? Let us lead the way …

Sant Ambroeus on Madison. This Italian inspired eatery and coffee bar knows a thing or two about the art of espresso. @santambroeus
Ralph’s Coffee and Bar. Located inside Ralph Lauren on Madison, this new, buzzworthy café is known for an equestrian-themed ode to coffee. Ralph’s custom blends are crafted via organically grown beans from Central America, South America, and Africa, while tasty treats include inspired small plates. On the move? Look for the mobile Ralph’s Truck. @ralphscoffee

Maman. After opening its first locale in Soho just four years, today Maman has outposts up and down NYC (and in Brooklyn and Toronto, too). Maman’s midtown location is where Oprah enjoys her favorite chocolate chip cookie. Don’t miss the decadent hot chocolate, amazing coffee, and light bites, too. @_mamannyc_
Little Collins. This charming little café pairs delicious coffee with authentic Australian fare—modeled after the popular Melbourne street of the same name. Industrial interiors are chic and sleek. In staying true to Aussie form, order The Smash—avocado and feta mash on toast with chili flakes and pepitas. @littlecollinsnyc
Cha Cha Matcha. Matcha lattes are tried and trending, and Cha Cha Matcha (with three NYC shops) may just have the best in the city. The super powered green tea is a clean and flavorful pick-me-up. Matcha is also packed with L-Theanine—according to Cha Cha, the yin to caffeine’s yang. @chachamatcha

The Elk. This famous West Village coffee shop and general store staked its original claim with a delicious cup of joe, but today is also known for its healthy lunch menu and tony crowd. Try the Avocado Bahn Mi Sandwich. @theelknyc
Grounded Coffee House. A mainstay for locals in the know, this West Village favorite serves organic and rainforest-alliance certified coffee and organic loose teas by Sullivan Street Tea & Spice Company. Order a Murray Bagel with locally sourced, raw cheddar cheese that’s sourced fresh from the Amish in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. @groundednyc
O Café. Expect direct trade coffee and seasonally sourced fare served on O Café’s handmade ceramics. And if it’s happy hour, the natural wines are as yummy as the organic coffee beans. No guilt, all flavor is celebrated at this West Village standout. @ocafenyc
Merriweather Coffee + Kitchen. After launching in the café-laden streets of Sydney, Australia, Merriweather hit the Big Apple in 2016. If matcha is your mantra, this is your West Village go-to. The green tea matcha lattes are some of the best in the city, while the all-day “Breakfast of Champions” menu will tease discerning foodies. @merriweathernyc
Kaffe 1668. Fun, funky, and oh-so flavorful, this TriBeCa outpost serves pour-over coffee from Panama, Colombia, and Honduras, while all-day breakfast and lunch menus include protein-packed smoothies and grain bowls to keep you charged. @kaffe1668south
Starbucks Reserve New York Roastery. If you’re a Starbuck’s groupie, get revved: this sleek new Meatpacking District compound (opened in December 2018) packs a serious caffeine punch, with a four immersive and distinctly unique coffee bars, a curated roastery of the brand’s rarest coffees, and the Italian-inspired Princi restaurant. @starbucksreserve
