Sentient Jet Name Tom Davis President and CEO of
Atlantic Aviation Flight Services

Appointment of DaimlerChrysler Aviation's Former President Adds Significant
Industry and Operating Expertise to Growing Operator Subsidiary

Weymouth, MA, October 5, 2005 - Sentient Jet, the leading provider of private jet membership, today named Tom Davis as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of its operating subsidiary Atlantic Aviation Flight Services.

"Tom Davis is an exceptionally talented individual with a long history of success in the aviation industry," said Steven Hankin, Chief Executive Officer of Sentient Jet. "Atlantic Aviation Flight Services is growing rapidly and is an integral part of our overall strategy. We are fortunate to have someone as experienced and well-regarded as Tom join us, and we look forward to his immediate contribution as a member of our leadership team. His expertise and strategic guidance will further enhance our operating capabilities as Sentient continues to build the most flexible, safe, and service-oriented approach to private jet travel."

Davis, a 35-year business and commercial aviation industry veteran, was formerly president of DaimlerChrysler Aviation, Inc. (previously Chrysler Pentastar Aviation, Inc.) from 1991 to 2001, where he was responsible for growing annual revenues from ten million dollars to one hundred million dollars. Most recently, Davis was president and a founding partner of TRIAX Partners, a comprehensive business and commercial aviation solution provider for a wide array of clients.

"I'm excited by this challenge and look forward to continuing the tradition of excellence at Atlantic Aviation Flight Services. Sentient is uniquely positioned in the private aviation industry and this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for me as Sentient continues to progress in its strategic growth plan," said Davis. "To that end, at Atlantic we will continue to build on our exemplary reputation as a premier operator with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and service."

Davis replaces current president Scott Galdi, who is leaving to pursue other business interests. Christine Amos, executive vice president, will also be leaving the aircraft management and charter services operator.

"I appreciate the contributions that both Scott and Christine have made in helping develop the company over the past few years, and I wish them well in their future endeavors," said Hankin. "Their hard work during their tenures has laid a strong foundation and positioned the company for future success."

Before forming and joining TRIAX, Davis was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Avolar, a United Airline fractional aircraft business. In addition to hiring senior staff and developing an organization structure, he worked with his staff on the process mapping procedures for ISO-9002 registration and certification. During his tenure at Avolar, he led the team in negotiating for and purchasing 309 business aircraft plus leasing five interim core aircraft.

Davis' business aviation career first began when he left the U.S. Air Force and joined ANR Pipeline Co. There, he started as a copilot and within seven years worked his way through various management positions within the flight department to the position of Aviation Director.

Davis, 62, was appointed by the Governor of Michigan to join the Michigan Aeronautics Commission, has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and has served as Chairman of the prestigious Associate Member Advisory Counsel (AMA). He was a founder and first chairman of the Michigan Business Aviation Association as well as a trustee on the board of the Michigan Aviation Hall of Fame. Davis is a retired Lt. Colonel, having served 22 years in the Air Force and the Michigan Air National Guard.
