Sentient Jet and Air Partner Announce Global Strategic Alliance

Deal Creates the World's Most Extensive, Seamless Global Private Jet Network

Significantly Expands the Benefits of Sentient Membership

Norwell, MA, April 19, 2005 - Sentient Jet, the leading provider of private jet membership in North America, today announced the formation of a broad strategic alliance with Air Partner, one of the largest private jet services companies in the world. Air Partner is a highly-regarded aviation company currently providing services to individuals, corporations and over a dozen governments and heads-of-state. This includes having the distinction of being the only company with a warrant to serve the British royal family.

The alliance gives both individual and corporate customers of Sentient and Air Partner access to the flexibility, convenience and value of a globally integrated private jet network connecting destinations worldwide. Concurrent with the alliance, Air Partner will introduce additional features to its existing Jet Membership Programme that will make the product nearly identical to the current Sentient model in North America. The core elements of the alliance include:

• Sentient members can now fly privately within Europe as an additional benefit of their core membership. Sentient members will fly under the Air Partner program at fixed hourly rates with guaranteed availability and terms comparable to their current travel within the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean.
  
  
• All clients of the Air Partner Jet Membership Programme will receive reciprocal membership benefits from Sentient in North America.
  
  
• Through the combined networks of the two organizations, members will also have access to executive jet travel to or from virtually any destination worldwide beyond Europe and North America.
  
  
• Sentient will expand its corporate program by offering members direct access to Air Partner's large jet charter services, which can accommodate flights from 20 to 500 passengers, for custom travel itineraries anywhere around the world.
  
  
• Finally, the two companies will integrate key customer service functions such that any of the combined product offerings of the two companies can be accessed through either Sentient or Air Partner representatives.
