AWith a Sentient Jet Membership, you simply deposit funds and fly. Your Sentient Jet Membership account is debited based on actual flight time. Your funds on deposit do not expire and are fully refundable at any time.
AThrough the strength of our certified operator network, Sentient's published hourly rates are a maximum rate - when your trip aligns within the network, we share those savings with you. Everytime you fly, we search within our network to find you the best possible rate on a great aircraft. Quite simply, we have the best range of pricing options because we have the best network.
AUnlike traditional charter operators, our unique Jet Membership Program offers guaranteed availability and one-way pricing. Unlike fractional ownership or fractional cards, Sentient Membership requires no long-term contracts, no capital investment, no commitment to a set number of hours, and also protects you from the risk from depreciating assets.
ASentient's current safety standards exceed the FAA Part 135 regulations that govern aircraft in a host of categories, including total pilot time in a particular aircraft type, flight hours as pilot-in-command, and flight hours as pilot-in-command of a specific aircraft type.
ASentient has designed a unique supply solution which ensures we can meet our guaranteed service commitment year-round through a safe, quality network of certified operators.
AOperators are approved to fly for Sentient’s programs only after passing a stringent and meticulous certification process including reviews by dedicated Sentient field teams and safety staff members as well as using independent auditing sources and data.
ASentient Members choose a Light, Mid, Super-Mid or Heavy jet and also either the Preferred or Select jet category for each individual trip. Preferred jets have an average age of four years and a maximum age of ten years. Select jets are somewhat older but pass the same certification process ensuring no compromise in comfort.
AYes. While we do require our Members to utilize the same jet for each individual trip itinerary booked, there are no limits on the number of aircraft you can book through Sentient. A Member can book one jet or ten jets in a single day. We will arrange as many jets as required to fulfill each and every mission.
AWe recommend up to 5 passengers on a Light jet, up to 6 passengers on a Mid jet, up to 8 passengers on a Large Cabin jet and up to 11 passengers an on Extended Range jet. Should a Member's needs vary from these recommendations, our Client Management Team is happy to discuss an appropriate aircraft.
ALuggage capacity varies by jet type. We request that our clients inform us if they are bringing large luggage items or many pieces of luggage. If needed, we will ensure that your jet has average or greater luggage capacity than the category average (Light = 50cf, Mid = 60cf, Large Cabin and Extended Range = 120cf). As a point of reference, 40cf is the size of a standard trunk space for a sedan. A Client Management Consultant is always available to discuss your luggage requirements and recommend the best solution for your travel needs (e.g. different jet type, luggage shipping options, luggage storage options in the passenger section).
ASentient Members have the ability to book flights within the Continental U.S. with as little as 10 hours notice. Sentient Members are able to book Intra-European travel with as little as 24 hours notice, as well as travel to the Caribbean, Mexico & Bermuda with as little as 72 hours notice. For the limited number of Peak Travel Days in the year, Sentient requires Members book flights with 96 hours advance notice.
AYou can cancel or make changes to your flight 10 hours prior to your scheduled departure. If you need to cancel or make changes within 10 hours of your flight, we will pass on any incurred cost. This cost can be up to, but will not exceed, 100% of the price of your flight. We encourage all of our Members to give us as much advance notice as possible to ensure we have ample time to review all aspects of your flight. On the limited number of Peak Travel Days in the year, Sentient requires 96 hours advance notice for cancellation or changes.
ASentient's Standard Catering package is included on all flights arranged by Sentient at no additional charge and at a Member's request. Sentient's additional Premium Catering is available on all flights arranged by Sentient at a nominal additional fee (pending both geographic availability and type of jet). Sentient will provide Member with information pertaining to all of Sentient's catering packages prior to departure. Catering may vary based on geographic location at time of departure.
ASentient values the comfort and safety of your pet. We require that your pet is restrained for takeoff and landing, as well as during turbulent air conditions. Please call Client Management if you are planning to travel with your pet to ensure proper carriers or restraints are in place for your flight. These recommendations are for domestic flights only and Members should contact their Client Management Team for international requirements when traveling with pets.
APeak Travel Days are designated days in a calendar year when forecasted aircraft demand is high.
