OWNERS OF ZENYATTA AND GIO PONTI WIN SENTIENT JET PERFECT TRIP AWARDS FROM BREEDERS' CUP CHALLENGE SERIES

LEXINGTON, Ky. (November 12, 2010) - Jerry and Ann Moss, owners of Zenyatta, and Shane Ryan of Castleton Lyons, owners of Gio Ponti, were this year’s Perfect Trip award winners from Sentient Jet, based on the victories by their horses in this year’s Breeders’ Cup Challenge series.

The Perfect Trip winners were selected by a panel of racing experts, who decided which races best exemplified a "Perfect Trip" from this season's Breeders’ Cup Challenge series of North American races. The winning owners have the opportunity to experience their own "Perfect Trip" through Sentient Jet, with complimentary round-trip private jet travel for six people to a US destination.

Zenyatta’s Perfect Trip was her victory in the grade I Lady’s Secret at Hollywood Park on Oct. 2, which earned her a 19th consecutive victory. Gio Ponti was awarded the Perfect Trip with his victory in the grade 1 Shadwell Turf Mile at Keeneland on Oct. 9.

“At Sentient, we always strive for excellence and we are proud to once again be a part of recognizing that excellence in thoroughbred racing during this season’s Breeders’ Cup Challenge races,” said Marty Guinoo, Chief Executive Officer of Sentient Jet. “However, this year’s Perfect Trip award is extra special in the committee acknowledging Zenyatta and Gio Ponti who matched only each other in running equally exciting and inspiring races.” Sentient Jet sponsored both the $1 million Sentient Jet Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Sprint and the $2 million Sentient Jet Breeders’ Cup Sprint at this year’s Breeders’ Cup World Championships.
