Job Purpose: To develop internal and external clients for Sentient Charter sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Solicit external clients for Charter Sales
- Internal Charter fulfillment from Sales Directors
- Convert long term Charter clients to Travel Card members
- Identify, qualify and develop relationships with C-Level executives and individuals of high net-worth in assigned regions
- Successfully manage new and existing prospects through the sales cycle
- Manage and maintain sales leads generated by marketing, inside sales and new business development
- Ensure a consistent performance of sales objectives each month

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Some overnight travel will be required
Desired Prior Experience:
- Prior industry and /or sales experience required
- A proven track record of being an over achiever that has consistently exceeded goals and objectives
- Must possess a high level of integrity with a proven ability to establish trust based relationships
