Client Management Consultant


Reports To:
Sr. Manager, Client Management

FLSA Classification:
Non-exempt

Schedule:
Must be flexible as schedule rotates in a 24 x 7 operation. Weekends and nights are required, overnights will be trained and scheduled only if completely necessary.

Job Purpose:
Provide premier service to Travel Card (TC) members via answering incoming calls and emails requests by responding/resolving any customer inquiries in a highly professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent best in class service to TC members
  • Maintain excellent relationships with TC portfolio customers
  • Promptly answer incoming phone calls and accurately input flight reservation
  • Facilitate catering and ground transportation arrangements for clients as needed
  • Work closely with Flight Operations to ensure service standards are being met
  • Complete client follow up calls weekly as determined by department manager
  • Research service complaints and billing discrepancies, respond within 24 hour timeframe and resolve in a positive manner
  • Initiate client resolution phone calls and letters to resolve crisis situations by offering creative solutions to satisfy clients
  • Monitor client flight schedule daily
  • Perform quality assurance activities to ensure Sentient service standards are being met

Skills and Attributes:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must have strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel Outlook, etc.)
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multi-task
  • Active listening skills
  • Must Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to meet critical timelines
  • Must have self motivation and the ability to work with little supervision
  • Must beĀ  a team player, have great inter-personal skills and the desire to work cross functionally with multiple departments

Experience:

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years work experience
