Job Purpose: The Account Director must be able to build strong customer relationships in person and/or by phone focusing on the customer’s private travel needs. They must excel in product education, performance tracking, client development and retention to ensure customer longevity within the Sentient Membership program. They must do so by understanding their customers every need, identifying the appropriate solution and responding as a priority thus gaining the trust of their customers and ensuring success. The Account Director must be responsive to the ever changing environment of private travel regardless of geographical location or time of day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) -Understanding each customer’s needs, travel patterns, unique requirements and working with your support teams to provide for an exceptional experience from the moment each customer join the Sentient Jet family.
- Establishes a relationship that will make the customer feel safe, supported and satisfied with their choice of private travel.
- Activate your client base to become their primer go to source for all of their private aviation travel needs.
- Understand and be able to clearly explain the Sentient Jet product and partnerships and respond to each customer’s questions and concern.
- Administrative tasks, which include but are not limited to recording information from each contact with a customer, client outreach and the compiling of company statistical reports.
- Meet or exceed assigned goals surround customer performance including weekly updates.
- Customer face to face or airport visits.
- Provides directions for the customers to local attractions, activities, and restaurants as requested and/or by anticipating the customer's needs.
- Work with your customers on additional services required or the potential of new clients through referral programs.
- Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
Skills & Qualifications: - Four years related education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Charter Sales, Charter Services or Charter Management.
- Computer experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Analytical skills with ability to describe appropriate levels of detail to targeted audience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong problem solving, decision making and negotiate solutions skills.
- Maintain a positive, helpful demeanor under stressful circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
